Orbital Weld Tooling for Complex Space Tubing Assemblies

Many of our customers, after the initial R&D stage, are looking for ways to be assured that the complex tubing assemblies that can not be verified on vision systems due to sharp or shallow bends are indeed verified to be accurate for fit up. Our tools have an additional benefit even before this final quality audit by enabling the operator to assembly the tubes and assure that each, before the weld stage, is to specifications. The fixture then allows the operator to do the orbital weld procedure within the tool, which assures a consistent repeatable weld. All of this reduces bad parts from being moved down the line or from good parts from being discarded by an operator.
