Sub­ject: Revised Response to COVID-19

Dur­ing this unprece­dent­ed time in which we are attempt­ing to take care of our employ­ees’ wel­fare, the wel­fare of our cus­tomers and sup­pli­ers, we are tak­ing the fol­low­ing steps in response.

  • The Gov­er­nor of Ohio has ordered a Statewide shut­down of non-essen­tial busi­ness­es. This clo­sure will be March 24, 2020 through April 6, 2020. We will be fol­low­ing all applic­a­ble Fed­er­al, State and local guid­ance as appropriate.
  • With this being said, we have con­trac­tu­al agree­ments that fall under the Defense Pro­duc­tion Act of 1950 and under Defense Pri­or­i­ties and Allo­ca­tion Sys­tem (DPAS) and will ful­fill these oblig­a­tions with pride.
  • It is our inten­tion to try to meet our com­mit­ments to our cus­tomers. Cur­rent­ly all our mate­ri­als are pur­chased are from with­in the US and we do not antic­i­pate any dis­rup­tions of these sup­plies. We are like­ly to see a 2‑week delay in some business.
  • Cer­tain depart­ments that are able will be work­ing from home, such as the Project Engi­neer­ing depart­ment, there­fore will be avail­able to receive RFQs, process POs and pre­pare jobs for pro­duc­tion. Cus­tomers will be able to com­mu­ni­cate with this depart­ment, just as they have in the past via email.

Although it is hard to know all the impli­ca­tions of this nation­al emer­gency, we take very seri­ous­ly our con­trac­tu­al com­mit­ments to all our cus­tomers and espe­cial­ly to those involved in our nation­al defense. We will be con­tact­ing these cus­tomers to ensure that we are ful­fill­ing our oblig­a­tions. We will do all that we can to keep you updat­ed on this response and deliv­ery commitments.
